This Project was a complete rip out and renovate of the existing 2 story terraced property with a ground floor side return extension and a loft conversion.

The side return included a generously sized skylight , new large open plan kitchen / dining area with tiled floors over underfloor heating with new sliding rear doors and a large fixed pane window looking over the garden and the new eco friendly long lasting composite decking.

Walls were removed and moved with all the necessary structural work required.

The new hallway wall had 2 sections of glass block walls installed letting the sunlight flood the property through the newly replaced timber sash windows to the front of the property , and the corridor included a new wetroom to one side and a compact utility cupboard with double stacked tumble dryer and washing machine smartly concealed behind sliding doors.

A new staircase was installed from the ground floor up due to historic woodworm issues which we used a 3rd party specialist subcontractor to treat prior to the new timber installations.

New timber flooring was fitted throughout all but the wet areas and was finished with clear Osmo oil to let the timbers natural beauty shine through.

The first floor bathroom was completely renovated with smart new tiled finish

The rear of the property has all new upvc doors and windows installed and skylight with solar powered blinds was fitted to the new bedroom created in the loft conversion.
