Loft fit out

We fitted out this loft conversion after the company that started it was kicked off the job by the client for poor performance, so we started with the shell / roof of the loft conversion already in place and carried out the internal fit out only.

We fitted all the 2nd fix electrical items (switches / sockets / lighting) as well as fitting electric underfloor heating to the entire area of the new loft, and in the main area we installed dark oak flooring laid in a herringbone pattern.

We fitted the shower room and tiled it with striking green encaustic tiles to floor and some wall areas , whilst our specialist subcontractor finished the remaining walls and ceiling areas with a luxurious tadelakt finish.

We hung wallpaper with intricate feather patterns to the external shower room walls and surrounding area walls, and finished the walls, ceiling , skirting boards,bedroom door and the bespoke headrest with little greene paint finishes.

Bespoke joinery cupboards were installed as well as bespoke glazing for the shower room door and the large windows looking out to amazing view of the London skyline and the serene enclosed garden areas below.

We carried the same herringbone flooring out into the loft landing area and down throughout the first floor landing.

New striped carpets run from ground floor up to the loft landing area and additional decorating was carried out to all the 1st floor bedrooms + bathroom
