Ben and his team (led onsite by Thiago) removed an old back boiler from a fireplace for me, boarded off the chimney, and put a new combi boiler in the kitchen. They also redecorated several rooms, including some plasterwork, laid some vinyl flooring and turned the old water tank cupboard into a more useful storage area. I found them to be very flexible, accommodating several changes to scope, and for the later "scope creep" tasks they managed to fit me in while they worked on a bigger job nearby. The work was done to a high standard, although inevitably there was some snagging to be done at the end. As intended, once the work was completed I put the flat up for sale, and the potential buyers were very impressed, so that I had agreed a sale within 10 days. I hadn't ever done any works on the flat before (other than my own DIY), so the assistance of Ben and Thiago to guide me through it was much appreciated.

We have used Crown Point Builders to help us with a number of building jobs over the years and always found them to be professional, reliable and produce work to a high standard. Most recently, and at very short notice from our side, they built an indoor partition wall for us in our flat which we rent out, to ensure we meet landlord HMO requirments. They did this to a high standard and sent us daily photographs of the work to keep us updated. They were very considerate in inconveniencing our tenants as little as possible. Ben, who runs the company, is also a great communicator and is open to making necessary changes (which inevitably always happen) as a job progresses. Thank you Ben and team. Crown Point Builders completed a bathroom renovation at my property and I am delighted with the outcome. I was expecting the work to be completed on time and on budget and this did happen but where they exceeded my expectations was with the attention to detail of both Ben the business owner and Martin the builder/fitter. The biggest compliment I can pay them, is that they treated the project as if they were working on their own properties. They were thorough, helpful and available. Their skill at completing the job, in terms of building and decorating, was high quality but it was the attention to small detail that took their work and finished job from good to great. Add to that to very strong communication skills and it was an all round excellent service that I won't hesitate to recommend.

Refurbishment of occupied flat, work was well organised by Ben and carried out to a very high standard by Thiago and his team. The property was left clean and tidy at the end of each day and we kept updated by Thiago throughout the project. We are very pleased with the results and would definitely use Crown builders again.

We have a small nursery setting and we contacted Crown point Builders Ltd to see if they could do the roof in the extension. The work had to be done outside working hours, as we are busy with the children everyday of the work week. Ben immediately organized the work to be done during the week the nursery was closed during the summer. Work was completed to very high standards and as promised it was carried out during the week that we were closed. We cannot recommend Crown point Builders Ltd highly enough.

Crown Point did a full bathroom refit for me. Ben and his team were absolutely brilliant. Ben helped me work out what I wanted for my bathroom, and then his electrician and plumber were great. The whole thing was as seamless as building work can be, and Ben was easy to contact, and responded very quickly. I can't fault them.

I'm so grateful to have worked with Ben and the team at Crown Point Builders on my renovations in summer 2024. We had a tight timeline to get the renovations finished before we moved in and Ben did a great job of sticking to the schedule. We had a mezzanine extension, flooring, electrical works and painting all done to a very high standard. Communication was easy and straightforward as well. In addition the payment process was divided into instalments so we were able to pay as the works were developing, as opposed to paying in a lump sum at the beginning. Ben Byrne has been exemplary in overseeing a total renovation of my duplex apartment. Walls taken down, new insulation throughout, careful laying of a high quality new wooden floor, stylish new kitchen immaculately installed. He has assembled a terrific team of workers, from his chief building manager Thiago to his electrical team led by Fred and his plumber Karim. The quality of workmanship has been high throughout, delivered to the cost originally quoted without a single hidden extra. When there have been changes requested by me these have been done without complaint, with prompt responses. The project was completed on budget and on time, for a good price. I highly recommend them.

Ben and the guys at Builders Head did a fantastic job renewing the woodwork of the porch to our building after one side had become infested with white rot, as well as repointing the masonry banister that had cracked and flaked off in chunks. Their top-notch joinery, mortaring, weatherproofing and paintwork has left the porch looking good as new, and they also threw in patching up the pebbledash and repainting the front door for free. All the workers on site were friendly, courteous, conscientious, and immensely hardworking, often putting in very long days. Would highly recommend!

Crown Point Builders are the first builders we have used where the trust was established on the first day we met. We have now used them 3 times (both outside and inside jobs) and every time we couldn't be happier with the professionalism, respect and great job they have done. One of the jobs they did was to fix a bad job left from a previous builder and they didn't berate the builder but clearly explained to us where it had gone wrong.
